COMMISSION STATUS : WAITLIST
GENERAL TERMS• Prices are subject to change based on demand.
• I give myself the right to decline any order and request for any reason.
• I also give myself the right to cancel any commission for any reason and the commissioner will be refunded.COMMISSION INFO• I do not accept deadlines as I cannot and do not want work under pressure, but I can try to finish the commissioned work before a certain date if the commission has been made ahead of time.
• Commission completion time depends on the overall details and complexity of the illustration and how busy I am.
• Upon completion, you will receive a high resolution image (300 dpi) with and without my watermark through Email.PAYMENT• I only take PayPal as method of payment and USD as currency reference.
• As much as possible, use the friends and family payment to avoid any additional fees on my part.
• Commissioned work can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. You will not get your commission until I have received the full payment.
• Please do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
• Once I receive the first payment, I will add you to my order list.
• Detailed illustration or character will be charged more based on the complexity of the illustration (see the Add-ons Rates).COPYRIGHTS & USAGEI, iivie, the artist :
• I reserve full copyrights to the commissioned work, its distribution and use.
• I will not claim the IP of the commissioned artwork.
• I reserve the right to display any finished commissioned image on my social media and portfolio.
• Upon posting, I will credit you as the commissioner unless you want to stay anonymous.
You, the commissioner :
•You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
• You are allowed to upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with proper credits to me.
•You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent
• Personal commissions may only be used for non-profit/non-commercial use only. You may not resell/print and distribute the artwork for profit in any way.
• You may not use your commissioned artwork, or any artwork, to feed any and all AI training models or use it for NFTs/any crypto.REFUND POLICY• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

1. "Will you keep posting on free social medias ?"
Yes, definitely ! Patrons will be able to access my work earlier than my free platforms but I will be posting the work later !2. "Will I have a reward each month ?"
Yes ! You will get at least one reward each month for both SFW and NSFW. Since the animation process takes a lot of time, I cannot offer an animation reward each month but I will try my best to offer you something new every month !3. "What can I expect from the art feedbacks ?"
You will be able to send me your art (animation, illustration, portfolios etc) through my discord server and I will give you constructive criticism, feedbacks, redlinings that can hopefully help you master your craft. I will also redirect you to free or paid external tutorials, books or other online ressources. I will also ask you if you are comfortable or not with me sharing your work with said feedbacks for the other patrons of the same tier to see!
I might lower or raise the price depending on the quality of my feedbacks (your opinion matters the most!), or even completely remove this tier if I realize it's not worth it for my patrons or for me (this takes a considerable amount of time afterall !).4. "Will I get brushes each month ?"
Sadly no, I will only share my favorite & most commonly used brushes from time to time. Do not hesitate to ask for my brushes and I'll make a post or link the past posts to you !5. "How do requests work ?"
Once a month, I'll ask for your requests on discord and draw them ! The themes limitations are the same as commissions : no mecha, extreme kinks, extreme gore, imitations and I can turn down any requests I do not vibe with or find too troubling. Other than that, from your favorite character to crackship, I'm fine with everything. Just ask away, and the request with the most likes will be drawn !
The requests will happen in the associated discord channel !6. "What is a sticker club ?"
A sticker club is a patreon tier where, each month, you'll receive three new and exclusive stickers designed, printed and shipped by me for you !7. "When do I get my stickers?"
Let's say you pledged for this month's reward. They will be sent to you at the beginning of next month - because at the end of each month, I can see the total amount of people who have pledged so I know how many stickers I need to print and send !8. "What if I don't like each month's stickers ?"
Each month I'll make an announcement to present you the stickers of the month ! And if one month's stickers are not to your liking, you are always free to change/cancel your membership and maybe come back later !9. I didn't receive my sticker club rewards...
I make and send all the stickers by myself so please contact me if you didn't receive them and we will find a solution. I will be able to reprint and send the missing stickers in the following month reward's enveloppe, but please note that if this happens too many time I might ask you to give me a new address where the stickers can come your way safely.10. Can I get a refund for a month I've already paid for ?"
Unless I've personally expressed that I would refund patrons due a mistake or a problem on my part or me taking a break with the guarantee of being unable to produce any new content, no refund will be granted.
